By accessing and using the CareNest website, mobile applications, or any of our healthcare services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
CareNest Health ("CareNest," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Our Services
CareNest provides private nursing care, elderly care, post-surgery support, and 24/7 medical assistance. Our services are delivered by licensed and certified healthcare professionals. While we strive for the highest standards of care, our Services are not a substitute for emergency medical treatment. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Service Availability

Payments, Billing & Cancellation
Fees for our services are clearly communicated before booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, health savings accounts, and select insurance plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CareNest website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CareNest or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent. The CareNest name, logo, and associated visual identity are trademarks of CareNest Health.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareNest and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
CareNest provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, though we employ robust safety measures.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CareNest, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Privacy & Data Usage
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Termination
